More than just a workout

Hi, I'm Mia. I'm a professional online coach and trainer. The reason I started Sand Fitness is quite simple; I know I can change your view on what it means to build a healthy lifestyle and reach your fitness goals.

Most people would tell you that you need to work out for 2 hours a day and chug a gallon of protein shakes each morning. I don't say that won't work for your body, but it probably won't work for your life. It might sound a bit weird, but let me explain...

Through my years of doing fitness, I've experienced the same thing as most people; I've felt that unless I worked out every single day, the results weren't showing. The only problem was that my schedule didn't allow me to work out that often or even follow my meal plan.

I knew there had to be a smarter way of maintaining a healthy lifestyle while still living life. Fast forward, and I've figured it out for me hundreds of clients, and to be honest - This isn't rocket science or secret techniques. This is just finding the right balance between health and passion, and balance is exacly what I help my clients to achieve.

As my client, you always receive meal plans that are designed from your preferences. The recipes are delicious and easy to incorporate into your daily schedule. You even receive multiple recipes for each of your daily meals to keep your meal plan from being repetitive.

UNIQUE WORKOUTS

You get your workouts based on exercises that fit your goals. These workouts will empower you physically and mentally. Your workouts can both be customized to the gym or working out at home.

COACHING AND MOTIVATION

Throughout the whole course, you will be in close dialogue with me. That means that you're never facing your challenges alone and always have a person who can help you make the road to your new lifestyle more effective.

WEEKLY UPDATES

Every single week we both have a responsibility to each other. That is to keep track of your results. That's why we have weekly updates where we update your body measurements. That way, you're never in doubt of where you are on your journey.
